This is a blog of letters to whom it may concern about my experiences as a Senior Technology Professional. Mostly I will write about practical programming practices in the most practical and proven languages and environments I have experienced. I have designed and developed very large scale distributed systems, servicing millions of users a day. The tools I have used include but are not limited to Java, Groovy, Python and Erlang developed on OSX and deployed in Unix (Solaris)/Linux environments.
I won't try and cover ground that other people have covered, most of the topics will be either things that are not well documented other places or things I don't want to have to figure out again, that took a good bit of time to get working the first time.
